EEOC v. Simply Slims, LLC.
The EEOC filed a lawsuit due to alleged sexual harassment of teenage employees at a fast food restaurant in Arkansas, Slim Chickens. According to the suit, a manager inappropriately touched and spoke to young employees. Several employees claim to have resigned due to the harassment.
