NLRB v. Glacier Northwest, Inc.

The NLRB ruled that it was not against federal labor law for a company to sue a union for allegedly destroying its property during a strike. This was based on a case that the U.S. Supreme Court decided on in June, allowing a concrete company, Glacier Northwest, Inc., to sue a local affiliate of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters after truck drivers ceased work during a strike.
