EEOC v. Wal-Mart Stores East, LP

The EEOC alleged that Walmart illegally violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by revoking accommodations for an employee with a prosthetic leg, causing him to take unpaid leave. Walmart agreed to pay $70,000 to settle the disability discrimination lawsuit.
