EEOC v. Trinity Health-Michigan, d/b/a Mercy Health St. Mary’s

A Michigan hospital will pay $50,000 to settle a lawsuit alleging religious discrimination. The EEOC filed the suit, claiming the hospital illegally rescinded a job offer after the applicant refused to get a flu vaccine for religious reasons.
