EEOC v. Mueller Co. LLC and IH Services, Inc.

The EEOC filed a lawsuit against two companies to allege extreme sexual harassment of three female janitors at a fire hydrant manufacturing plant in Alabama. The suit claims male employees attempted to solicit the women for sex and exposed themselves to them. One employee reportedly attempted to rape one of the women. The women were retaliated against after making multiple reports.
