EEOC v. Dolgencorp, LLC.

The EEOC filed a lawsuit on behalf of a class of nearly 500 people against a company doing business as Dollar General. The suit alleges that Dollar General’s hiring process illegally discriminated against disabilities by requiring job applicants to pass a medical exam and disclose their family health history. The case alleges violations of the ADA and the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act (GINA).
