Charles Smith v. Charter Communications, Inc.

A federal court revived a dismissed Montana lawsuit raised by an employee of Charter Communications who claims he was fired under false pretenses and due to a Facebook post. A state court had previously dismissed the executive’s case, but the federal court held that it misapplied the law.
