Anton graduated from the University of Texas in San Antonio in 2012 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minor in Russian. Anton attended law school at Regent University and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2015. While at Regent University, Anton worked on various projects in: employment law with the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation; international law with the Center for Global Justice, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law; and, the First Amendment with various national and international non-profits. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from North Carolina Central University, School of Law. Latisha is thoughtful and direct in addressing legal concerns and ensures that clients she consults with understand the law. Before joining Barrett & Farahany, LLP, Latisha helped to implement mandatory government programs and later worked with a large nonprofit organization. Latisha also interned with the United States House of Representatives and assisted in drafting legislation. She interned with the North Carolina Court of Appeals and developed a thorough understanding of the appellate process. Later, he served as general counsel and vice president of human resources for a mid-sized Georgia manufacturing company. Recently, Calvin managed a solo practice in Atlanta where he represented both employees and employers. In addition, Calvin has worked as a Hearing Officer for the Jefferson County (Alabama) Personnel Board and the Alabama Department of Transportation. Ms. Swilley's primary practice areas have included business law, personal injury, workers compensation and social security disability. Ms. Swilley is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court and the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Swilley resides in Conyers, GA where she served many years as an Associate Magistrate Judge in the Magistrate Court of Rockdale County. In addition to practicing law, Ms. Swilley has served as a volunteer lawyer, providing advice through Rockdale County's Family Law Information Center.
